Error with pre-installed MS Office & Business Bundle 2021

I have been on the phone to 2different Dell tech advisers for a total of 5 hours. 

What Dell needs to tell it’s customers is that pre-installed MS Office & Business Bundle 2021 will not work if it is activated using the same email account as is used for an existing MS 365 account. 

The solution is for Dell to reassign the MS Office & Business bundle 2021 (that I purchased with them) to my alternative email account, so it can be activated on my new laptop.

OR Dell can provide a refund for this software that is inactive and sitting on the laptop. So that I can buy through Microsoft and get a package that actually works.

Buyers Beware: DO NOT buy software with DELL. Microsoft support service cannot help with the errors that DELL create. And DELL technicians have tried to fob me off on to ‘My business IT service’ and the Microsoft service to fix problems that are DELL’s issues.
