Hi walnuthorse49:

I assume DFS stands for Dell Financial Services. It's impossible to know if this is a legitimate email without knowing the email address of the sender and whether the email message provides any details about the service associated with this upcoming charge.

If your Dell service warranty hasn't expired yet I'd suggest you contact Dell customer support by clicking the blue Get Help Now button in the bottom-right corner of each page on the forum to start a Live Chat.  Ask if this is a legitimate email from Dell (you will need to provide the email address of the sender) and whether you have accidentally subscribed to pay for an extended service warranty or some other optional service provided by Dell.

After you type in your question an automated chat bot will ask for your email address (provide the email address you used to create your Dell account) and the unique Service Tag of your Dell computer.  Once it confirms you still have a valid service warranty it should connect you to a live customer service rep.
