Dell XPS from Chinese to English
Hello All,
I live in Shanghai and I would like to buy a Dell XPS 13, but I can only find machines with Windows 10 in Chinese pre-installed and I cannot find a way to order one in English.
I was wondering if buying it in Chinese I could then install Win10pro and switch in English.
Hope someone can help me.
