Dell Recovery Image download - where's the bandwidth?

Hi,

I've bought my first Dell laptop some weeks ago, I own an Inspiron 7359, i7, 8gb, 256gb SSD.

I've decided to download the Dell Recovery Image from the official website, using my service tag.
The download is extremely slow.I'm on a 100/20mb VDSL line and only on Dell website I've ridicolous speeds.

Today it's two weeks I'm trying to download this image, to be safe in case the hdd goes down or simple I need a clean reinstall. Everytime the same problem.

There's no bandwidth for download on our website. I think there are some technical issues on your servers, and two weeks are way too long to wait to be fixed. What are you waiting for?


When I buy a Dell product I buy related services too. Downloading recovery image is one of these.
Please a Dell rep could write on this thread or leave a customer alone with no help?
