Dell, PLEASE, Get Rid of Dell Back Up and Recovery Program (s) aka DBAR
I have been a Dell Customer/Dell Computer User, since Dell, ever, even existed (including currently). Please, Dell, get rid of DBAR Programs (free and/or paid). If you look through this entire Forum (Software and Operating Systems), you will notice that one of the subjects showing up the most AND including all the endless problems are about Dell Back Up and Recovery Program(s)--either pre-installed on Dell computers/ as free and/or paid subscriptions.
I have also always had problems with DBAR. I have had to absolutely scrub my Dell computers of any/every trace, whatsoever, of DBAR. This was highly expensive for me. It took hiring and paying highly technical computer professionals.
This is causing countless Dell Customers countless problems. The problems caused by DBAR are very difficult to solve. In fact, I have NEVER seen one, single, solution.
Dell, you used to be NUMBER ONE in the world for SEVEN (7) YEARS IN A ROW.
In my opinion, Dell, you will NEVER again be #1, unless and until you start respecting and valuing your Customers, again. This includes, NOT pre-installing and/or selling) such highly malfunctional and problematic software and /or applications such as DBAR--and this includes DBAR, specifically (among other problematic Dell applications and software).
DBAR malfunctions and problems go back for years and years--since Dell first introduced them.
Customers deserve and need very reliable and dependable back up and recovery tools. DBAR has not provided this--NOT ever. Further, as importantly, DBAR causes lots and lots of extra problems on Dell Computers--just being their /installed....even when the user NEVER uses DBAR.
I would not make such suggestions and statements, unless I had these very same, very upsetting experiences with Dell Back Up and Recovery, specifically. These are my actual facts, experience, and knowledge.
