Dell Mobile Connect and NEW week day old XPS 17

I have version 3.2.9971 of Dell Mobile Connect
New Dell XPS 17 just purchased on January 19th, 2121 and using a Samsung Note 10+ Phone

The day I purchased my new Dell, I started trying out Dell Mobile Connect. I was enjoying it and finding it very useful. I was just focused on messaging (ICON) and chatting with two people specifically. A day later, I started messaging the same people. But I started to explore the program more and checked out mirroring (ICON). This is when my problems started.

I may have went to "My Dell" and updated my drivers. I noticed on the same day, there was an update on the dell site for the "Dell Mobile Connect DRIVER" on January 20 also which may have created the problem. I am not sure if the actual Driver was installed as I don't know how to check.

Dell mirroring was find but I didn't like texting from there. So I clicked on the Messaging icon to continue texting from there, but the two people I was texting in there disappeared and I could not get them back. I could text in mirroring though.

Today, I was able to add them text them in messaging but I see nothing from them when they respond. I have to go to notification see their message or mirroring to see their messages. 

I uninstalled everything. Unpaired computer from my Samsung Note 10+. I reinstalled everything and still the same problem, just with these two people I have texted before. I purchased a 5 grand flagship creator PC and you'd expect it to work! HELP!
