DEll inspiron 5509 key in cloud zip file available for download is not a valid archive (it is not getting unzipped)
Hi There,
I have recently purchased a dell inspiron 5509 and tried to download a keyincloud.zip file from dell website as per ,which in case of system failure can allow me to recover my pc from a hidden system image partition came with this dell laptop. Despite of downloading this keyincloud.zip file multiple times the downloaded file cannot be unzipped as the winzip is showing the file as invalid archive.
It is requested that invalid keyincloud.zip file available for download via the link https://dl.dell.com/keyincloud?driverid=&KitcToken=WkxZZlorN1JaZWtJRktOdjBFR0I5e may be replaced with correct valid keyincloud.zip file for dell inspiron 5509 so that it can be downloaded and can serve the purpose of recovery in case of system failure.

I have the same problem. Downloaded keyincloud.zip 6 times and it does not work. Can you please advise? Thanks
