Dell Inspiron 1720 Dell mobile connect

Hi. I read that it is possible to use DMC on different devices. Also on non-Dell. I have a Dell Inspiron 1720, Win 10 Pro, Intel Extreme X9000 processor, 6GB RAM, Kingston 240GB SSD. I would very much like Dell Mobile Connect. But it cannot be installed. Error opening installation and message, the app is not compatible with the device. I've already made adjustments to the registers, but it didn't help. Does anyone have a suggestion to help with the solution? Thank you very much for any advice.
