Dell Display and Peripheral Manager v2.1.0.24 installation in a Task Sequence

Anyone else having issues with installing Dell Display and Peripheral Manager v2.1.0.24 in a Config Manager Task Sequence?   Command line I am using in the app model.  DDPM-Setup_2.1.0.24.exe /silent /TurnOffCA /CreateDebugLog="C:\Program Files\Applogs\Dell-DDPMv2.1.0.24.Log".   Just added the /TurnOffCA as another test.
