Sign in with the registered user's Dell account at support.dell.com. Go to "My software" and then to
Download Factory Installed Software (My Dell Downloads)

I contact Dell support as Digital Locker is no longer listed, accessible in Dell Support Section. I'll inform you of result. Thanks very much
