Dell Detect

When is Dell going to fix Dell Detect? I've used it for the past several months and every time I use it Dell Detect has to be reinstalled over and over again, (even after repeated use on the same computer over the course of a day). Also inevitably Dell Detect will detect the same drivers for installation over and over again. I've used driver and software upgrade services with several other computer manufactures and have very few problems, why can't Dell get this working properly?
