Dell Command and Integration Suite 4.1 for System Center Configuration Manager

I am running from the SCCM server itself, my account is a local admin and I did launch the SCCM console using "Run as Administrator"

I'm trying to get the Import Drivers to work from the Dell library. The wizard gets to the end and hangs at "Downloading driver libraries" for several minutes before giving a generic error message.

C:\ProgramData\Dell\CommandIntegrationSuite\Logs\DriverImportLogs is EMPTY
Is there anywhere else to look for errors?
