Dell Client Device Manager Service

We deploy Dell Client Device Manager (currently version 5.5.0) and on our devices the service keeps getting disabled.  I am not sure if this is by design or what but the updates are not running like they should be.  I am thinking out Windows Defender policies might need to have an exception to exclude the process or something but I cannot find information on what process should be added and how.

We deploy and manage this all through Intune.
