Dell Back up and Recovery never recognizes the attached drive
Inspiron 5737 running Win 10. Backup will never recognize either a stand-alone hard-drive (Passport, new and nearly empty, second one has 77 GB on it) or a flash drive. Have not been able to successfuly create or update recovery media ever on this system. The hard drive and flash drive are shown and usable on the computer -- just not recognized by the Backup program.
