Dell Back-up and Recovery 1.9.2.8
How long does it take for the backup and recovery to complete its initial backup? Mine has already been active for 2:25:14 and indicates it still has 10:59:40 left and is only 17% complete. Is this normal?

It should not take that long that's for sure. Have you tried stopping it and trying to restart it? It does depend on the amount of data you are backing up.
