DBAR will not postpone for 1 hour

I have a Dell Inspiron 3847 with Win 10 and all updates are current as is my Dell hardware/software etc. When the popup occurs notifying me that my scheduled backup is about to occur it gives me the option on continuing or delaying for 1 hour and also cancelling the scheduled backup.

The program will not allow me to delay one hour. When this option is chosen the popup disappears and then reappears as long as you choose the delay one hour option. If you then choose to cancel the backup it does in fact cancel it and the popup disappears..

My DBAR software is up to date and current. I simply would like the option to delay one hour to be working.

Has anyone ran across this problem or are there any suggestions on how to get the program working properly.
