Computer displays Line and QR code while turning
Hello Dell! I am a laptop user of your company. The situation I am experiencing is very annoying. When I first turn on the computer, a line appears, and then a QR code appears and makes a sound. What should I do? I hope Dell will support me so I can work. I hope the brand understands!

Hi user_a54d73:
Does your Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) occur every time you try to start your computer, and does your computer eventually boot into Windows?
I'm not sure, but your initial description of a "line" and loud noise at bootup suggests a problem with your display screen or monitor. Have you recently updated your graphics driver?
See the Dell support article Blue Screen (BSOD) Errors and Stop Code Issues in Windows for more information. The FAQ at the bottom of that article includes a list of common Stop Codes displayed under the QR code and their possible cause. For example, the Stop Code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Stop Code: 0x0000000A) says this error is often caused by a faulty driver or hardware issue.
NOTE: If you have Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery (also called Dell SupportAssist Remediation) installed on your computer please do NOT attempt to repair your system as instructed in "Step 7: Repairing Windows Using SupportAssist OS Recovery" of that support article, at least for now. In my experience this recovery software is unreliable and can cause more problems than it fixes.
Please run an ePSA (enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) hardware diagnostic scan from your BIOS as instructed in the support article How to Run Dell Preboot Diagnostics and Hardware Tests on Your Dell Computer and companion video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inYLxW2_xKo. If your ePSA Quick Scan detects a problem post back and let us know the problem hardware device and error code (e.g., 2000-0xxx) it generates.
NOTE: If you restart your computer and repeatedly tap the F12 key as soon as the Dell logo appears you should be able to choose Diagnostics from the boot menu screen to start your ePSA scan. If this doesn't display your boot menu on your first attempt just restart your computer and try again, quickly tapping the F12 key about 2 times every second.

If your Dell service warranty hasn't expired yet I'd suggest you contact Dell customer support by clicking the blue Get Help Now button in the bottom-right corner of each page on the forum to start a Live Chat. After you type in your questions about your BSOD an automated chat bot will ask for your email address and the unique Service Tag of your Dell computer. Once it confirms you still have a valid service warranty it should connect you to a live customer service representative.
NOTE: If you are able to boot into Windows and launch SupportAssist you can also create a request for service from the Support panel of that Dell utility if your service warranty as not expired. See the instructions <here> in the SupportAssist for Home PCs User’s Guide.
If your Dell service warranty as expired let us know your Dell computer model and Windows operating system (please include the version and OS build if you can access this information at Settings | System | About) as requested <above> by anne_droid, as well as the Stop Code(s) of your BSODs.
