If you are asking how to cancel your current service plan let us know your Dell computer model and the name (level) and expiry date of your service plan.  You can find this information by entering your unique Service Tag at https://www.dell.com/support/contractservices/en-us.  For example, when I enter my own Service Tag on that support page it shows the Basic 1-year service plan included with my Inspiron 15 5584 purchase expired on 07-Oct-2020.

Dell SupportAssist for Home PCs is a free software utility that is pre-installed on most Dell home computers and available for download <here>.  Most features (e.g., checks for available Dell software and hardware driver updates, hardware diagnostics, system optimization scans, etc.) are included with the Basic 1-year service plan, while a few additional features (e.g., virus and malware scans, etc.) are only available if the user pays to upgrade to an advanced service plan like Dell Care Plus or Dell Care Premium.  After your service plan expires most of your SupportAssist features should continue to function normally, but certain tasks like starting a support request from the Support tab will be disabled.

The section titled "SupportAssist Capabilities and Dell Service Plans" in the SupportAssist for Home PCs User’s Guide includes a (somewhat outdated) table that shows the SupportAssist features that are available with each type of active service plan [Basic, Pro, Premium, etc.] and what features will continue to function after your service plan expires.
