Adobe Photoshop and Premier Combo Won't Download?

So I found the download page at:  imagine a dell link here, cannot post it.

But when I click "Download" and accept the agreement, it returns a server error.
I tried this on Chrome and Edge

The alternate is copy the key and download from the Adobe website.  This also returns a server error.

Is there some way to resolve this?
