V525W won't print black II

I've changed cartridges (system shows there is black ink), reset all settings (automatic color is selected) and cleaned printer head but still won't print in black.  Test page with print blue, red, etc. font but not black.  Very frustrated at this point over lack of assistance DEll provides.
