1) Need to locate an installation disc for this printer to install the OCR program
2) When I go to Printer Home and access the Support Tab, click on the Dell Service Center nothing happens. Same for Advanced Scan
3)Outlook has been configured as my email client and I can scan from the printer to an email but cannot scan to email or .pdf from the computer. I assume it is because the OCR program has not been installed.
Thanks for your answers thus far and I look forward to finally fixing my issues with this printer.
