V313 Inkjet printer prints random blocks of colour when copying or printing from PC
Random blocks of colour appear when printing from PC or copying even if black has been asked for on the controls. Using the deep clean option on the maintenance programme has no effect, neither does taking out the printhead and cleaning contacts or changing the ink cartridges. The manual suggests contacting tech support - fine but how - where are they? Any help would be very welcome.
