Using preprinted forms with H625cdw

I just purchased a new H625cdw multifunction printer.  The most important task that I use the printer for is to print checks for our business on preprinted check forms.  The print alignment is awful! It is crooked as well as too low on the page.  I've tried to use the bottom tray and the multifunction tray and I get the same results.  I had a Dell C2660 before and it did a wonderful job with alignment.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there a way to adjust the way the printer picks up the paper?

There was a H625cdw firmware roll uploaded on Dell's support web-site on 9/25/17.  The fix/enhancement specifically noted "Fix: Resolves print margin issue that might be effecting label and duplex printing."  The web-link is provided below.

Once the printer has been updated with the latest firmware, you should play with the print margin settings from the heck application.

Did the firmwire update fix the issue for you? I am having the same problem.

I updated to the firmware linked above (201708091442) and still have alignment issues. When I print duplex, each side about 1/4 in missed aligned vertically.

I printed an 'Alignment Chart' from Dell's software suite (Toolbox), but I don't know what to do it. It printed a 2 column table with many rows.
