Unbelievable
It appears as though we're taking this thing to the woodshed to destroy it. No way to return to factory settings, but more importantly no way to clear the memory. Wanted to give this away but since we can't it's off to the woodshed apparently. Thanks so much!

* Open the Dell Color Multifunction Printer E525w User's Guide
* Press ctrl f
* Type reset [press Enter]
* Click "Resetting Defaults"
