"the printer is not found"

I have a Dell XPS 2 in 1 and I'm trying to connect it to my Samsung 4600x printer. I downloaded a driver and connected it using a usb port and it worked for a while but now it doesn't recognise the printer. If I try to print, the documents remain in a queue and if I try to reconnect and reinstall the printer I get the message "printer is not found". I've unplugged the usb and replugged it in. The printer is fine (prints from another computer just fine).

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
