Shipping issues epson ecotank 2800
I ordered a Epson ecotank et-2800 printer on March 29th. At the time of order it told me April 8th was when I should receive it. The little processing bar in the email they send you to confirm your order have not moved any. Can you tell me how long the so-called shipping free 2-day expedited delivery it supposed to take actually? Like I could have gotten this printer from literally anywhere else, but since Dell has been a trusted name for many years I decided to go with them. I needed this printer in a bad way, I don't have months to wait. They also told me that they would not charge my card until my item is shipped, that's a lie too! My card got charged the next day after my order was made. So with that being said, Can anyone explain to me what their free expedited two day delivery really means?? I've opened up a support ticket a response by someone from there within 24 hours. So we'll see how that goes...

Hi, I was wondering if you have heard anything yet? I’m in the same boat as you with a ecotank 15000. I ordered mine back in February. At the time I could have gotten one from Amazon but chose dell because I thought it was a better company to go with but now the Amazon ones have doubled in price. My business relies on this printer and I’m nerve wracked about it. Well good luck and hopefully we both get the printers!!

I did not! I ended up ordering from Staples and canceled my order with Dell. I could not wait any longer. They had again postponed my delivery to May 3rd then again to May 20th. I got the same black one I wanted and for the same price thru staples. I received it in 2 days. Ups on the other hand delivered it in the pouring rain on my bottom step instead of on my porch that's covered! So I'm having another sent out and it'll be here tomorrow. If I was you, I'd check with staples and see if they have the 15000 in stock for a good price. I believe they beat competitors pricing too. I wish you good luck!
