scanning double sided

I have an Dell E514dw printer and a mac. I am trying to scan double sided documents.

I used to use the control center to scan documents but seems like the control center is outdated and I cannot use it anymore. How can I get an updated control center. 

I am currently using the preview (i believe) scanner from printer and scanner right now but I cannot scan double sided via the feeder. I cannot find a scan duplex option
