Scanner only will scan in color - E514dw

Hello. I just got a multi function E514dw. It is all set up and I have the scanner linked in the Dell Document Hub. However, within Dell Document Hub, I am only able to scan in color. I would prefer to have a B&W and greyscale option, as well. I also tried to scan in the native Windows 10 Windows Fax & Scan program, and I am only able to scan in color there, too. I downloaded the driver and updated the firmware today, so I don't think that is the issue.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
