Scan to Email on S3845cdn MFP not working with Office365

I keep getting a Server Connection Error when trying to scan to email.  

Based upon the Office365 recommendations, I am using the following settings:

SMTP server:  smtp.office365.com

Port:  587

Connection Security:  STARTTLS

Outgoing SMTP Authorization is enabled.

I am using an Office365 email address and I've checked to make sure that the entered password is correct.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
