Scan to email not working
Today, 7-23-21, I also tried to scan and email like I have done many times in the past. Today I tried to reach out to the help desk, and because I don't want to pay for a warranty, they will not help. I find this disappointing, being that this issue was working just fine a couple weeks ago.
I can still scan to my drive if I need to, this just seems to be one more step. One that I am not willing to pay $59 to fix. To me this just sounds like a dirty way for Dell to get money.
Maybe they are like the government. No problem=no money. Create a problem and make people pay to fix the problem they created.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

There is no warranty, and I will not pay $59 to possibly "try" to fix it. This was not an issue before this month. Nothing has changed in my settings for my computer or printer. I can still scan to the cloud if I need something. At this point it isn't worth the time or money to dive into something that I can do a work around for.
