Hello and thank you in advance for any suggestions or assistance.

Why is it SO DIFFICULT to find information on Dell printers?

Their manuals are next to useless. I am unable to find anything on a 077-106 IOT Duplex on Jam error message. There's no such thing as a service manual, can't find any diagrams on the paper path or sensor locations. Manuals that do exist show SUCH simple instructions, it's pathetic. Don't even try to look for a parts manual... Hours and hours of searching yields nothing.

Any one know where to find any resources or have any insight on a duplex jam, simplex pages work as expected.
