Restart 1760 Printer

Hi,

My printer has suddenly started giving me the "016-317 restart printer" error code. I've restarted after turning it off and waiting a few minutes but still get the error code. I've also done that and restarted while holding down the left, right and menu buttons but still get the same error code. Any advice would be great.
