Printer won't accept job from IP address
I have a device that will send a print job to an ip address. It is not a Windows or Apple operating system. It is a lower level, automation system that will send statistics from jobs to a printer. You can point it to an IP address to print. The older printers like the Dell Printer 2535 will accept the print jobs. None of the newer printers (like the H625) will accept the print jobs. If I set them up, get the IP address, and point the jobs to them, nothing comes out.
I'm not sure why this is happening. Suggestion for fixing it? Suggestions for printers that would work?

Hi Walter,
It sounds like a network protocol issue. Do you know which protocol(s) the automation system uses?
You can view/change the various protocols available on the H625 through the front panel:
Tools > Admin Settings > Network
