Printer Out of Paper
The printer (Dell B2375dfw Mono Multifunction Printer) says out of paper. Then I loaded paper but it still won't print. It prints the test pages and if I scan to print also it works. But when I connect my laptop and try to print it keeps saying it is out of paper when it isn't. How do I fix this?
I unplugged everything and kept it for about a minute before I plugged everything back and switched it on. Still didn't work.
I removed the paper tray and cleaned the dust and ensured the paper are not folded and properly aligned the size too. It still didn't work.
I made sure that the actual paper size and type are matching in the printer system as well as in my laptop before I gave the print command. It didn't work either.

Given that the printer is over 10 years old, if your system is running anything newer than windows 8, it may well be that the printer doesn't have driver support for Windows.

Try a different printer cable.

If there's more than one paper tray/size -- make sure you're not selecting a tray (photo tray, envelope, A4 vs letter) that has no paper in it.
