Printer H625cdw duplex printing misalignment

When I print duplex, each side about 1/4 in missed aligned vertically.
I printed an 'Alignment Chart' from Dell's software suite (Toolbox), but I don't know what to do it. It printed a 2 column table with many rows.

I updated to the firmware linked above (201708091442) and still have alignment issues.

Below is my test print to check alignment. It's a 2 page word document, with same margins in the entire document. I am expect the front and back rectangle to be more closely aligned. Their gap is about 1/4 in. "Foot" and "two" should be vertically aligned.

I tried calling support and keep getting this message ""the tech support team is currently in a meeting, please try again later"

How do can the alignment be fix?

Hi iamphi,

Thanks for posting.

Apologies that your printer is not working as expected.

You can reset settings to their default values from the operator panel.

See "Resetting Defaults."

1 Press the (Information) button.

2 Tap the Tools tab Admin Settings.

If Panel Lock Control is set to Enable, enter the password. See "Panel Lock."

3 Tap PCL, PS, or PDF.

4 Select the desired menu item.

If the desired menu item is not displayed, tap or to scroll through the screen.

5 Select the desired setting or enter the value, and then tap OK.

6 Repeat steps 4 and 5 as needed

My printer is printing the second page of a duplex print, on cardstock, out of alignment.  The entire page prints right at the top edge of the paper, instead of starting the print 1/4" down where it should be.  How do I fix this?  I'm printing the cardstock from the MFP, not Tray 1. I have it set for plain paper thick. For some reason it won't accept Cover thick as an option. And every time I make the slightest change I get a paper error.  I have been verifying that the same type of paper is selected both in Properties on my computer, and in the menu directly on the printer. Put paper in then out then in.  Errors never clear until I restart the printer.  It's very annoying that I can't get what should be a simple task done. I've had it only for a week or so and it's possible I'm doing something wrong, but it doesn't seem to me I should have to jump up and physically do something to the printer when I'm working at my desk.
