please help, I have my DELL c2665dnf showing up 116-364 error message booting
My c2665dnf is showing now 116-364 error message on the panel when powering up with the following detailled information:
"clock error"
restart printer, contact customer support if this failure is repeated.
I unplug the printer, try to change the CR2350 battery on the motherboard, then do a hard reset (boot with 456 + password 225) and nothing seems to fix that to boot it and use it.
Could you please give some hints how to fix it?
Thanks, Seb

I have a DELL xerox printer and a few days back, the same error happened to me. When I tried to connect my printer, an error message came up. I restarted my printer many times but all the time, the error message came up. Then I got the solution after searching many websites and contacted . Now my printer is working perfectly.

I fixed it, but as it was in 2019, did not remember how !
probably what I described, tried it twice fixed it. It's not normal that DELL is not supporting users, because I asked them and so far I got no answer.
In addition they decide to phase out the cloud scanner, this is really a shame ! ... This feature was great, but now we are stuck to usb stick windows scanner ...
too bad they are not supporting a great printer!

Thanks for answering! Yeah, Dell politic here is strange - I have a small company and almost all equipment comes from Dell (laptops, PCs, screens, servers, printers, mouses, keyboards etc.) and I really like it. BUT if I have a working hardware with some small defect and there is no way to fix it in an easy way and support takes a "vow of silence" here - ehhh I have some second thoughts if the selection I made was correct....
The solution you took - maybe you remember at least the general steps you took ?
Was it related to software ? I mean you used some kind of a trick to solve it or you replaced the hardware (mother board)?

Hi,
Thanks for answering. I have done all the steps - result is the same - does not work.
For the point 2 I guess it's instruction for another printer, but it's also done.
I have tried to contact support - but my "Service Tag" is not found.
My entire issue is described here: https://www.dell.com/community/Printers/Dell-C2665dnf-problem/m-p/8328105#M91784
Best Regards
Tom
