paper jam

hi all

Please help me !

I have a dell c1660w printer only jams with card stock.  regular paper/envelopes works great but, of course i am printing my own christmas cards or rather was going too but, the printer keeps saying paper jam and to reset.  I have shut off / unplugged /waited and still keeps jamming.  I have also, used a laser printer cleaning sheet and did that 10 times nice and clean but, keeps jamming with card stock also, changed to a different card stock to see if that was the problem the answer is no.  please help oh and just so you are aware i have worked on computers off and on for years so, please don't treat me like i am just brand new to this sort of stuff please.  If I am not sure of something I will ask questions.

Thank You,

Ellik

Ellik,

Below are the media guidelines for the c1660w printer.  Ellik,  I do not see any reference to loading cards in the computer. Below is the link to the online user manual that you can review.

On the PRINT screen, click on "Printer Properties" and select "Covers" for paper type.

It works like a charm for card stock.
