Paper jam error code 050-129 ANSWERED

I have cleaned printer model Dell C2660dn but still I have warning "Paper jam code 050-129"

Checked every thing there is no paper jammed but still even after reboot power ON, printer display this error !! 

Is there an option to refresh printer or clear fault manually?

This solution worked for me:

There is one bottom tray, which slides out, check that when you press white square near left corner, the tray lifts, clean that upper left corner area and check that mechanism works smoothly.

Next above this bottom tray, there is another feed tray, you can slide it out. After removing out, check inside area of the printer, you may find jammed paper, remove it and check all roller are fine and can rotate.

Next open the back cover of printer and see if there are any residual paper left, remove them and reassemble everything together and power ON your printer. 

Run diagnostics report and check every thing is OK. All the best
