No Power
New Dept. of the Army Dell C3760dn printer has no power. Changed outlet to a known operational one. Removed power cord from printer and removed from outlet. Still no power. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Welcome to our community.
We’ll surely try to assist you. Please let us know if you’ve tried an alternate power cord? Also, share the service tag/ express service code, so that we can check for details and assist you.
The Service Tag is a 7-character code, and the Express Service Tag is a 10-digit code that is a numeric version of the Service Tag. Both codes are on the bottom of your laptop. You can also refer to this link which is a video that shows steps to find the service tag.

Sorry about the miscommunication. Please remove the communication cables (USB or Ethernet depending on Set-up) from the printer and try powering on the printer.
If there are still no signs of power such as LED's/Lights/Beeps, we suspect PSU (Power supply) failure. Hence we request you to contact our Out of Warranty department, so that they can further diagnose and assist you in purchasing the necessary parts.

Thank you for sharing the service tag. As the issue persists even after trying a different power cord, the issue might be with the power cord itself. We request you to let us know the region you are located in, so that we can guide you to the right team to purchase the same.

Trying a different power cord from the same model of an operational printer did not work.
