No internet connection for Dell Document Hub
I have a Dell C2665dnf printer with a wired connection. I am able to print to it with no problems from my computer and other devices on my home network. Also I can browse the Internet from my computer as there is Internet service at my house. However, when I choose Dell Document Hub from my printer, it tells me there is no Internet connection. What could be the cause of this and how to resolve please?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I sent the service tag in the image above. It's out of warranty, so is my only option now a community response? I don't think there is anything wrong with the printer. I was looking for guidance on how to get the Dell Document Hub function to see the internet.
