New ISP - H625CDW Printer Can't Connect to Dell Documet Hub
I've had an H625cdw for 4-5 years now and has worked flawlessly over that time period. I have it hooked to my LAN using Ethernet.
I recently switched from cable to fiber through a different provider, and now my printer won't connect to the Dell Document Hub. After trying for 30 seconds or so, it gives me an error indicating it's unable to connect.
I have a router that sits behind the fiber modem that's part of a mesh network that acts as the DHCP server.
The printer still shows up on my LAN and is assigned an IP address, and I can still interface with it through my PC through connecting directly through a browser or using the Dell Document Hub app on my PC.
When I temporarily switch back to cable modem through my previous ISP, it works fine.
I can also print from my phone just fine when on WiFi.
I get the sense that something in the fiber modem is blocking printer traffic, but I've completely disabled the firewall and made sure there are no other security settings that would block just this traffic, and I don't see anything obvious.
Any ideas?

Hoping we can get a resolution to this problem because I can't get support anymore from Dell and it's annoying to only be able to scan with my phone after replacing my router. I upgraded my Fios router and now I cannot use document hub from my printer at all, it says 'check your internet connect' so it's like the outbound connection is getting blocked, but it is on the network and I can get to the printer using the IP address.

I haven't changed anything and started getting the cannot connect to the Dell Document Hub last week.
So my guess is they updated something and there is a bug. Happened last year also.

I havent changed anything either and having the same issue. This is ridiculously annoying that it just goes down for weeks/months at a time and then just starts working again, but Dell wont help at all. Come on Dell, step up and fix this, I NEED a functioning scanner! I agree with the guy above, they prob made a change and theres a bug, which is always the case. They need to perform better testing before rolling out junk
