Need help re-installing Dell 1765NF laser printer

I say re-installing because after a recent laptop issue, had to do a windows reset which eliminated my ethernet connected printer. This was working 100% 

I have tried 10 different ways and always the same result. It cant see the printer. When I use the setup utility I have tried connect existing and tried treat as new. It doesn't see the printer. when I get to that point where it should see the printer to add it and continue, it doesn't see it. So I tried the manual way of telling it the port (1900) and the IP of that port 0.0.0.0. It completes. I have it in device manager. I see it in settings. But I cant print or see printer status. Says it went to the queue. After about 60 seconds it times out and says cant print.

Help !!! I have tried the older software A03 that worked and the newer A06 version. I have done complete uninstalls and re-installs. Nothing. NOTHING has changed on my network. Help ! I even tried adding it in Windows first. Same result.
