Need generic 64-bit driver or other workaround for macOS 10.15 (Catalina)

The subject says it all --- I have two Dell laser printers that are now almost worthless to me (models C1760nw B1165NFW), as I can't print to them from my MacBook Pro that has been upgraded to Catalina. 

The best I can do is save docs as PDFs and then try to print them from iCloud via AirPrint or the Dell Document Hub on my iPhone. 

There has to be a better option... yes?
