My laptop can't find my printer : Dell C1760NW Color Laser Printer

My laptop can't find my printer.

Customer Service chat won't help me. Customer Service Email won't help me.  They say they don't support this printer.

When I push the wifi button the printer it says to press the WPS button the router. Can't find one on this router.

I would like to use the rest of the ink i have and then throw this thing out the window and never buy a Dell again.

Can someone help?

Thank you. I had someone come and look at it for me. It had nothing to do with needing support for the laptop or router. The printer needed a firmware and driver update. Dell refused to tell me this. They would not offer any support for my printer.
