My Dell 3333 printer shows blank white screen after loading of 640mb memory.

I have a dell 3333 printer when i turn it on it shows memory loading when it reaches 640 MB the screen goes blank. i tried to connect it directly to main power but nothing happens same issue is coming with full electricity load. Please help me
