MFPS2825cdn ink running/smearing on pages when printing multiples

Hello! The printer at my work has been having a constant issue where if we print 10 or more copies of something with a logo or image on it, the it smears/transfers to pages printed after the first few. The more pages you print, the worse and worse the pages start to look. It is even worse when printing on card stock. Any suggestions? I have cleaned everything the manual says to clean and it has not helped. Please help! It is making it extremely difficult to do my job and every time I try to call support my work phone rings and I have to hang up, so I cannot call right now. Thank you!
