Issues with Dell MFP Color Laser 3115cn printer

Got printer 9-10 years ago. Was never able to get the networking to work. About two years ago sent to repair shop because it just quit working. Got it back and prints from primary computer however shows itself in settings as "Dell Open Print Driver (PCL XL). So I have not been able to get other applications to recognize that I have an active Dell printer. Would like to get printer working the way it was when I got it. Any suggestions?
