HP Printer
Hello -
When I pull up my HP Printer dialog and press "PRINT" nothing happens. Then, I scroll down to "Print Using Print Dialog" and click on the little box with an arrow pointing northeast, my printer prints. My printer is working properly, so HP tells me that I have a Dell Software problem. How do I find and correct this problem??

Easy for HP to point the finger at somebody else...
Always include the exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
And what's the problem just doing it the way that works?

Hi, RoHe -
Thanks for your message.
It was quite off-putting, not to be able to use my printer
until, by chance, I found a way. So, I'm still wanting to get
my Dell Inspiron 3521 - Windows 10 software configured
so that it prints in the original "Control-P" format. Can you help me
to do just that?

What app are you trying to print from, eg Microsoft Office..?
Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the HP printer driver and the HP software?
Going to move this over to the Printers forum for better exposure...
