How to set up a paper size "Government Letter" Size is 10x8 inches

I sometimes use what was called "Government Letter" size paper, which I believe was/is a recognised standard in both the US and UK.

The size is 10 inches by 8 inches but the dropdown list doesn't show this option.

Can I create that somehow?
