How to factory reset B1160W?
Hello,
I haven't used my B1160W in a few years but last time I did, it worked perfectly.
I printed the network info page and I can see my old home's WiFi network on it. In the manual it doesn't say anything about doing a hard reset of the printer on the printer. When I connect the printer to my Windows 10 PC, Windows tells me the printer is at fault and the PC is set up correctly. I can't see it on the Dell app, and I can't use it connected to the PC using the cable.
Maybe if I can hard reset the printer it'll be fine?

Nobody from Dell can tell me how to reset my printer?

I've been searching for the same thing. Checked the owners manual and nothing about factory reset. I remembered my admin userid and password today and logged in. In the menus there is nothing that looks like factory reset except an "undo" button on system setup page. Now to put my network back. Good luck.
